The H-B Woodlawn Music Department is enthusiastic about the upcoming trip to Philadelphia. We’re not anticipating any problems on the trip, however we are setting up a few guidelines.

Since the students travel under the auspices of H-B Woodlawn and Arlington Public Schools , they will be subject to school rules and regulations for the entire trip. There will be curfews and students are expected to honor them without exception. Alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and drugs of any nature are not to be brought or used on this trip!! All students taking prescription drugs must indicate the medication and dosage on their medical form.

 

The chaperones who are accompanying them will discipline any students who violate the guidelines of the trip. They will have the authority to send a student back to Arlington (at the parent’s expense) if the situation warrants it.. This trip should be a valuable experience for all of the students involved. Your cooperation and support are very much appreciated.
