Please:

•  be sure to collect money at the time of the sale - we cannot place orders without payment.
•  place payments in a sealed envelope with your name on it and return both parts of green form - you will receive your order form back when you pick up your fruit
• use the separate form enclosed with the brochure for all AFAC donations
